EXCHANGE & RETURNS

We hope you are delighted with your order, but if you are not perfectly satisfied you may return your items within 14 days.

Please note, returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order by email at eshop@anilarjandas.com. You will then have a further 7 days to return unsuitable items.

To ship an item back to ANIL ARJANDAS JEWELS please indicate the order number and whether you are exchanging or returning the item(s).

In case of an exchange please indicate the desired size. We recommend you contact customer service to place your exchange on hold.

Customers outside of the UAE are responsible for shipment costs for returns and exchanges. Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.

GIFT RETURNS

If you have received an item as a gift, you may exchange it for a store credit to your ANIL ARJANDAS account (you will need to register your details and contact our customer service).   The amount is automatically deducted from your next purchase and will be valid for one year.   Please be aware that you may need to pay any cost difference, additional shipping, taxes and import duties.

Note, corporate gifts may only be returned by the original purchaser and within seven working days of initial receipt.

REFUNDS

All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method or,  if selected, ANILARJANDAS.COM credit on the account used to originally purchase the items.     The original shipping charges will not be refunded. Once your item is received, please allow 5 business days for processing and review. Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation. The refund will be validated after receipt and verification of the jewel.  Your refund will then take place within 2 to 3 days.  Any damaged jewel can not be the subject of a refund. 

To recall any personalized jewel, limited edition item and perfumes can not be the subject of a refund or an exchange.

RETURNS POLICY

Please read our return policy carefully to ensure you can proceed with your request as quick as possible.

All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging provided.

You have 7 days from receipt of order to request your return. Unsuitable items must then be returned within 14 days of receiving your item.

Return outside the 14-day window may be accepted at our discretion.

The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition, with all ANILARJANDAS.COM tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. If you receive an item which is damaged, please contact Customer Care immediately.

We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on ANILARJANDAS.COM as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate.
